Their computer systems are terrible! Not only dod they not know the prescription prescribed to me, but if you see them for more than one service, when canceling one the other one could get canceled to with no notice! Don't worry though they can squeeze you in... if you have time to wait over 45 minutes, if not looks like you'll have to wait another month.
Bowen Center needs a serious probe ASAP! It's a wonder anyone escapes with their marbles intact – they typically leave more messed up than when they arrived! This place is the poster child for perpetuating mental health stigma. But hey, after all the trauma Bowen Center put me through, I found a therapist who's actually sane and made time for me when I needed it.Cheers to the on-point staff, but corporate's training? Total FAILURE! Bowen, words can be razor-sharp and victims of abuse aren't feeble, your ignorance is for judging without empathy and a domestic violence knowledge gap that's staggering.
Horrible place to go to. Communication is shitty and all they care about is the paycheck they get at the end of the week. These people do not care about your health and wellbeing. I will be switching to someone else
Horrible experience. Schedule two phone appointments and NEVER received calls. I had an appointment today at 9AM. Was told they usually call earlier than your schedule appointment if you’re a new patient. So I call at 9:10AM because I never received a call. They told me to wait 10 minutes and if I didn’t get a call back to call in again. So, of course I’m calling in again and was placed on hold for 10-15 minutes. At this point I opted into leaving a voicemail letting them know the situation and to not worry about it because I will not be rescheduling.
I have been more than disappointed with the service’s that my grandson has received over the last 2 years! However, Last week was a state reportable in my eyes! The severe neglect of no communication with the ( nurse practitioner) for a whole week, which caused my daughter to make several calls to Bowen and Pharmacy on a Friday, plus all week !! She waited to go get his med change and he was on his last meds, and there is NO excuse why she nor my grandson have to worry about the side effects that he would have by missing his meds!! This is totally unexceptabe!!!!! Plus, they had his last name messed up in their system, and that was the final reason why he was not able to get meds Friday night!! Someone professional needs to step in and be sure that things like this never happens again No one , especially a child should have to have side effects, because of Negligence from the Bowen Center!
