We had a scheduled 10:20 appointment today. At 11:20 I went back to see what was taking my daughter so long, and she was still waiting for NP Asha . After another 15 min. wait, Asha arrives and tells us they are out of the tuberculin skin test and we should go to the pharmacy. 1. Why wasn't the lack of medication communicated to us when we made the appointment? 2. When we checked in, why weren't we directed to the pharmacy, instead of wasting an hour of our time? 3. Do your senior staff communicate to ALL staff about lack of products...daily email? Although we get reasonable care at Healthlinc, their is a significant lack of organization and time management. I've complained about NP Asha before. She tells me all providers are double booked, however I don't have this time mgt. problem with Amanda Matthews. Would you like to meet with me and discuss these issues? I would welcome the opportunity.
