Can't get in for dental. The appointments are so far out you can't remember. I was told a year or more for dentures. The lady on the phone was rude. I thought they were supposed to help people not talk to you rudely for having questions. By January they had already helped as many people as possible for the year I was told.

I love WVHC. They've always spoken to me with respect and care, no matter my background or history. I also went in for something sensitive and Olivia and Regina made me feel so comfortable and normal. I cannot recommend WVHC enough.

I’ve been going to Wabash Valley Health Center’s medical clinic for many years and recently started using their dental services this year. Unfortunately, my recent experience was very disappointing. I had a 10:00 AM dental cleaning appointment and arrived 10–15 minutes early, as I always do. After checking in, I sat in the lobby for over 30 minutes past my appointment time with no update or explanation. No one informed me that my hygienist was running late. I work full-time and had limited time off, so when I went to the front desk and explained that I needed to leave by 11:00, I was told the next available appointment wouldn’t be for another seven months. This was not my fault — I was on time — yet I’m now facing a 13-month gap between cleanings. This lack of communication and scheduling consideration is completely unacceptable. I hope Wabash Valley Health Center takes steps to better respect patients’ time and improve their scheduling practices.

Issues with billing. Was lead to believe a paid billing issue was resolved twice. Was told not to worry that it was taken care of. Just to have it sent to a collection agency later. When called again to dispute it again I was put on hold for 20 mins just to have the phone hang up on me and my calls later were all ignored. Do not recommend! Billing service is awful and disrespectful.

Let me preface that I have had a very traumatic dental experience the first 8 years of my life and had all my adult teeth by the time I was 8-9 years old. Consequently as an adult, only seeked help when I needed it most, which didn’t really help my fear. Dr. Duchenne and Cathy were so wonderful at helping with my anxiety. I had a pain free procedure. They didn’t judge me and most importantly, I felt seen as a person and was treated with respect. Dr. Jernberg, who saw my son last November, was wonderful with my toddler. He was friendly, silly, and was the perfect dentist for a him. With him on staff, I know my son won’t have the same experience I had as a child and he will actually enjoy coming to the dentist. Danielle upfront has been so helpful and welcoming. I hope that they will stay at this facility for a long time. In my lifetime I have had only one other dentist that I felt safe and comfortably with and he was my dentist when I was 9 years old. Top notch service. Highly recommend!
