The wait here is tiresome. We always have to plan for 2-3 hours to be here. I got here 5-10 minutes early for a 2 pm check-up, waited in the lobby for 25+ minutes, then waited in the room. I spoke to the nurse, resident and doctor for a collective 10 minutes (which is generous, it may have been 5-7), and left the appointment after 3:30. If I’m getting a single minute with the doctor, why am I spending over 90 minutes there altogether? This is the norm for our experience here, and I’m sick of it. We have had no bad experiences with the doctors, nurses, or staff. Everyone has been pleasant.

The eye center was excellent with the care provided to my dad! I am very satisfied and pleased with how helpful they were and thorough. Dr. Emilee for the eye center was exceptional!!!! She was welcoming, knowledgable, kind, and had excellent bedside manners. She really took the time to explain everything and answer all questions. My dad and I really enjoyed her. I definitely recommend!

My family always has incredible experiences with North Shore and their providers! Not just the providers, but the assisting staff is always very helpful and pleasant and knowledgeable! Anytime I have called with even simple questions or concerns, their assistance is always prompt and polite! I could not be more pleased or satisfied with our many many experiences with North Shore- at multiple different locations, and many different providers and customer service representatives!

This was my first time at this location and it was absolutely wonderful. The staff was very pleasant and had smiles on their faces. Very spacious wait area. Wait time time was not very long. The provider I saw is an exceptional physician. There is nothing negative I ca n say about my visit here. Highly recommend.

Super friendly staff! Girl at the front desk, very personable, unfortunately I don’t remember her name, the MA Hannah was awesome, super cool and just really nice. Dr. Scurto is amazing. You can tell she cares about providing the best care, and making sure she gets you right. Just an overall great doctor. The lab lady Tanya, also awesome! Just an overall friendly, caring staff that seems to love taking care of people. Great experience here
