This office and Paoli hospital has been nothing but problems since I got pregnant with my daughter in 2023. Mixing up my records, 4 doctors telling a million different stories, not taking my risk of preeclampsia seriously, or my blood pressure of 188/119 while pregnant with my son, my cervix started shortening and thinning too early and that as well wasn’t taken seriously, waited almost a month for referrals to Riley hospital for my son and they were never received until I switched doctors offices and finally his new doctor got it sent in within a WEEK. Nurses coming in SCREAMING in my face because I was scared of losing my son due to the doctors scaring me about preeclampsia and then not taking it seriously all while saying I needed induced but when I agreed the nurse screamed at me and cussed me, (TASHA, Labor & Delivery at paoli hospital) didn’t put my sons birth confirmation letter, footprints, anything in his take home folder and now they refuse to print them off even though it was their own mistake. And so much more!!! Definitely do NOT recommend this office or hospital!!!!!!!

This place has an awful, ignorant receptionist. I’m not sure of the name, but she can’t do her job properly. She let me go to an appointment without telling me my insurance wasn’t covered and then when I went back a few days later for a walk-in she said you aren’t covered and you have to pay for the previous appointment as well as the walk-in. So I told her she should've caught that before having me go through a planned way ahead of time appointment where they had access to my insurance way ahead of time. The lady claimed she would cover it because she confirmed it was her mistake only to now we are being charged for it a few months later. She is ignorant and rude and should not work in a place like that making such huge mistakes.

The service was what you would expect, the wait time was a little unreasonable but good care though I wish there docters would be a little more open in understanding what I mean when I'm telling them what's wrong. There therapist there are very good!
