I just called to see if one of their Doctors was accepting new patients at this time and the first woman I spoke to was very kind and told me, "Yes, she is! Let me transfer you." I was transferred then told the physician I wanted to see is not taking new clients at this time. I asked to join a wait list and was told that, "If I knew someone that sees Dr. ____, I can sometimes slip you in to see her." She said she was going to look then I was disconnected. I called back and got a completely different person who told me there was no wait list at all and if I didn't meant a very specific criteria, I would not be able to get in.
Aspire is absolutely the worst. Go elsewhere for your mental health needs. Aspire will do NOTHING for you but lie, accuse the patient of crap, constantly making patients reschedule their appointments, not refilling meds, call the patients a liar and the list goes on.
The Noblesville location is absolutely the worst. The staff is rude, argumentative and unprofessional. They DON'T return calls left on their voicemail. They cancel your appointment then the day of your appointment they contact you wanting to know why you didn't show then red flag you. They're all PATHETIC at Noblesville!!!!! 😡🤬
"Our mission is to treat every person who walks through our doors with the same level of compassion and respect we would want for ourselves or a family member." Except apparently if you live 15 minutes away in a different county, have insurance coverage, and money. "We do not serve residents of Hancock county" Solid. No mental health issues in the USA to report if you can't be seen. Edit: I don't care about what counties you service or your recommendation to go elsewhere. My insurance referred me to this in-network clinic. A broken system is a broken system. It's also hilarious that you don't consider somebody who works 1 minute away from your office and lives 15 minutes away "a part of your community".
Be prepared to wait in lobby 1hr then drs office where she doesn't show she is on video conference I could of done that from home!!! B.$.anderson location. Never had problem in noblesville
