The staff has always been pleasantly nice to me and my family when we arrive for our appointments.
I want to thank Dr. Stephanie Wherle and the team at Meridian Health Services — especially Natasha — for their support during a very stressful time. They helped me complete my medical documentation and provided the care I needed to recover and return to work safely. The process took some time, but I truly appreciate their professionalism, understanding, and patience through it all. Thank you for your help and dedication to your patients. I’m giving 4 out of 5 stars only because of one specific receptionist whose attitude made me feel stressed and sad. Otherwise, I would have given 5 stars — most of the receptionists are very kind and professional.
Dr. Mohammed is awesome. My grandson has been seeing him for about 4 years now for Adhd symptoms, he is a very caring and responsible Doctor. Thank you for your service, we need more like you!!
I waited 4 months before I gave this place a genuine, real review so take it from me… don’t waste your time. When I showed up to the office- I was desperate. I was shaking, crying, basically begging for help. They said they don’t offer emergency behavioral health services, that I would need to wait for someone to schedule an appointment with me. Understandable. At the beginning of May, I had an intake to see what type of treatment options would be best for me. This was a general interview with quick questions/quick responses. It wasn’t anything in depth- just an overview to get a starting point. They said they’d call to schedule my first actual appointment. Afterwards, it left me with all my trauma resurfaced, things I had pushed out of my head for YEARS, all at the forefront of my mind… I drove home and just cried in my car. A month went by and I heard nothing. Each time I called, I was transferred somewhere else, I left voicemails, explained my situation over and over and wouldn’t hear back from anyone. Another month went by and I started getting pushier. I’d ask to speak to someone else, not leave voicemails, to reach an actual person in the office and not just an answering service. Still- nothing. Finally someone calls me back and I get an appointment scheduled for therapy. On the day of my appointment, the scheduler calls me and tells me that the Dr didn’t show up that day and the appointment was cancelled. When I tried to reschedule, so I didn’t have to wait months to hear back from them again, she said someone would call me to reschedule- and so started the cycle all over again. Still no word from them yet again. They don’t care about your mental health. Save yourself and find somewhere else.
Kathy Finney and her assistant Hailey were very rude to me. Bed side manor was very poor. When I asked to be sent to Haileys voicemail she actually answered the phone and started yelling at me, when I replied back she told me to stop yelling. I wasn’t upset at all. I was rather shocked in the way I was being treated. Very disappointed in them. I wasn’t even able to make an appointment. I had to call back the next day to see if something was available even though I told them I had infection with a red line. They use to be caring. But now they are awful. And I only call up here once in a blue moon because I hate making the trip.
