They never have ANY of their health providers in office , they are always tryna make me go way far out or to the little clinic . Front desk ppl are RUDE . The whole place needs all new staff

Agree with others. The office staff are horrible unless u speak Spanish. They look at you like you have a 3rd eyeball if u walk in there and speak English. They are very rude and can never get answers. They mess up appts too.

The receptionist at this place is just horrible. I’ve been coming here since I was a little bored for 30 years, And let me just say all of the doctors in the back including Stacy, bill, etc, Are great. The receptionist upfront, however, is very rude, Like she always has a chip on her shoulder. The only thing that she should be doing is scheduling you an appointment. She wants to question you basically on if you really need to make an appointment or not, and then wants to give her opinion. I’m like if I’m making an appointment, then obviously I need to be seen, Who are you to tell me if I need the appointment or not?I don’t know what her problem is, but I’m always very nice and pleasant with her and she’s always rude.

Dr Erika white and her assistant are amazing. My daughters are more than happy after getting their teeth cleaned. She is such a kind hearted and caring person. Love her and her team!

Today I went in to see Dr. White (Dental) because of some ongoing issues with teeth sensitivity. I was a bit nervous, not because I am naturally afraid of dentists but because I have sadly neglected to visit her office since 2018, and I did not know what all was going on orally. The hygienist, Sarah(spelling?) greeted me at the front desk and I was soon ushered to a room. Sarah did an extensive cleaning, X rays, and discussed my discomfort issues. She showed me what was going on on the X-rays and proceeded to the deep cleaning. She was gentle and careful with my teeth and advised me of all the steps in my visit, up to and including consulting with Dr. White. I have only been to Dr. White a time or two because I was with a different dentist before 2018 and have since neglected my visits, but I was, as back in 2018, very impressed with Dr. White's professionalism. She is very down-to-earth, reassuring, and has excellent rapport with patients. She explained that I would need some fillings and options for a tooth that is no longer functional. I will be doing a follow up visit later this month. I have absolutely no complaints about this visit. Service was prompt, both Sarah and Dr. White were AWESOME, kind, gracious, and hospitable, and although it may seem cliched, it really does seem like they CARE and are not simply selling services like so many chain dentistries. I am honored to be a patient of Dr. White's and plan to start going regularly, as needed and advised. I only wish offices were closer to the Knobs but that's no fault of the establishment of course.
