I wish i could give Zero stars.This is the worse clinic I have ever been to.you can't walk in except you book an appointment even when you are very sick and you are their patient.They advertise they accept walk-ins and won't even take their patients for walk-in.They will always tell you to go to urgent care or ER.I took my child for an appointment (which i had called about 3 different times before i could get one) and got dizzy while waiting for Dr Arianne to come see her, they were so quick to call an ambulance just to push me off their clinic, they didn't even check my daughter that came in for an appointment.Just said it's normal to have a cough for a long period.what kind of service is this????it's just terrible.

Been sitting for an over an hour so my step daughter could be seen. Still no doctor, when I ask the front desk, nobody knows nothing. About to walk out and find her a new doctor. This is ridiculous service.

I have been trying to get in touch with this office for weeks regarding a bill they sent me. They continue to mail paperwork with “Final Pass Due” notices, yet no one answers the phone and no one returns calls. I have called multiple times, left messages, and still have not received any assistance. Very poor service ! Don’t recommended !

I did not feel like the doctor really cared at all. I think he just wanted to hurry up so he could go on vacation. I was a new patient. I had not been to the doctor in 18 yrs and was given a 20 min time slot. He didn't even order a blood test, didn't listen to my heart, even look at my legs (my chief complaint) I feel thats the least he could have done

If we could do zero stars... we had to wait outside even being the last patient... no one else in premises. It was already 7 pm and they closed the door after more than 1 hour waiting. I asked why they kept my girlfriend for so long and the receptionist gave me her back in a very polite but rude way.... if you know what I mean 😏. I would not come back if it is for me. I mean... doctors normally take 30 min to complete the appointment... but this 1.5 hrs seemed eternity. Moreover if you have to wait outside. I am not sure what the deal is here. Or what was the doctor really doing to the patient I was with... but certainly this is a very extended time for anything else than a brain surgery.
