Dr. Nicco Andrade has been my doctor for the past 2 years l, and I honestlyfeel so blessedto have him. He also takes care of my baby, Jaudeth, and as a parent, that means everythingto me. He always makes me feel that my health and my baby's health are in great hands. He is kind, patient, knowledgeable and truly takes takes the time to listen and explain things with care. Every visit reassure me that we are receiving the best possible care. I am very grateful to have him as our doctor and highly recommend him to anyone looking for a primary care physician they can trust.

Why do they never answer the phone or call you back? Now this is new to me cause I've been going here for almost 30yrs & it's just going down hill lately. I miss Dr.Winterhimer (hope I spelled it right)

the doctors and dentists are great there but the front office never answers the phone. I called them first thing in the morning, an hour after they opened etc and they consistently send me to voicemail. I've left many voicemails and haven't heard back in months. This makes scheduling impossible to do when they never answer the phone for anything and don't return voicemails. I haven't had an appointment in months due to this.

I am so extremely disappointed in this place. A few months ago I had a friend that was really struggling with mental health and I called here and they allowed her to walk in and she was seen and had her medication‘s filled within less than two hours and I was very impressed by that because it seemed like they truly cared. Fast forward-now I don’t have health insurance so I made an appointment with them and spent about six hours running around last week to get what I needed to get put on the sliding scale because I can’t afford to pay the whole cost. The lady that works in the financial department and helps you apply for the Sliding scale or reduced cost is absolutely amazing. She was super kind and she did all this for me last week because she repeatedly stated “I want you to be able to get seen as soon as possible”, and Today was the first appointment that they had available. Already, it was over a week before I could even get in. We have a few inches of snow on the ground for the first snowfall this year and I passed three wrecks within 2 miles just trying to get here and because I was EIGHT minutes late, (I Also want to note that I absolutely called back to back to back the entire time heading here, but of course per the usual, nobody answers the phones)They’ve now told me that they can’t see me today and I had to be rescheduled for several days From now. I have been on MAT For a long time now, and this weekend was the first time relapse has ever entered my mind so now I sit in the parking lot bawling my eyes out because I’m scared as hell and I don’t know what to do and apparently they don’t care enough and it’s really disgusting that they claim to be faith based! If I haven’t found a different doctor by then, I will update my review on how the visit goes on Thursday, but I won’t say that I’m holding my breath. 😞

One of the few providers that I've ever been to that has tried their hardest to accommodate me. I've gone to their dentist for about 5 years and made the mistake of switching medical offices to another provider who I thought would be more convenient but ended up being terrible! It made me look back at all my visits with the raphael hc and realize how much better they are. I go out of my way on a 30 minute drive here because it's worth it.
