If you value your mental health, your dignity, or the concept of a "work-life balance," stay as far away as possible. ​The "Slave Labor" Mentality ​Management treats the staff like replaceable cogs in a broken machine rather than healthcare professionals. They demand the output of three people from a single employee, piling on impossible workloads while offering zero support. You are expected to sacrifice your personal life and health for a leadership team that wouldn't notice if you collapsed in the hallway. ​Rude and Toxic Management ​The leadership style here is rooted in intimidation and condescension. Instead of mentorship, you get: ​Constant Belittling: Managers speak down to staff in front of peers and patients alike. ​Total Apathy: Any concern brought to HR or upper management is met with a "deal with it or leave" attitude. ​Power Trips: Decisions are made on whims that make your job harder, with no regard for the clinical or operational reality on the ground. ​Horrible Treatment of Staff ​The environment is thick with favoritism and hostility. There is a complete lack of transparency, and the morale is in the basement. They claim to care about "community health," but they don't even care about the health of the people keeping their doors open. ​Bottom Line: This organization is a revolving door for a reason. They burn through good people, discard them, and wonder why they have staffing shortages. Do not apply here. You deserve to be treated like a human being, not a servant. ​
