So many negative reviews and I don’t know why they booked me for the 24th but said I could walk in and maybe they could get me in and got me in. All the staff was very friendly glad I went here compared to other places think some people in the comments need patience and maybe aren’t ready. Thank you adult and child care services. Nice people

Unprofessional they don’t care to help anyone and if you’re on probation you get treated like you're incarcerated! If the the courts or probation send you here I wouldn’t waste anytime or hesitate to change facilities as I would recommend going to(Community Fairbanks Behavioral Health)

If I could give zero stars, I would, this place was referred by Probation. Had an appointment for tomorrow at 11 AM. They called me today at almost 3 PM and left a message saying that they needed information from me for my telehealth appointment. I wasn’t aware that my appointment was even telehealth. I was gonna show up to the place tomorrow at 11, but since they had called, I called them back and asked them what was going on and they told me that they didn’t have an appointment for me tomorrow that it was canceled without a reason I didn’t call and cancel It. She tells me that they needed multiple information for intake and that they were supposed to send out paperwork for me to fill out and send back before my appointment. They never told me that nor sent me any paperwork so now I gotta figure out how I’m gonna tell my probation officer That this place just did that to me and they don’t have an appointment out for months once again, I’ve had this appointment for quite a while and I have to have this done by a certain time is why I even had an appointment. This place sucks.

My kiddos used Adult and Child through the school, which no longer exists at our school so we now do outpatient. We drive to Greenwood for services. We haven’t done many appointments outpatient yet, but so far it’s been really good. I have 3 kids going to therapy here. They have in person and virtual. Two of my kiddos see Kat and so far she’s just been really kind, helpful, and understanding.
