The woman who I spoke to on the phone treated me horribly. I will NEVER recommend this place to anyone.
Called to become a new patient today and the woman on the phone was so rude. I can’t believe I was treated like this from a healthcare establishment that is supposed to be accessible for the community.
Wow! I called asking a question today and the woman on the other end was extremely rude and condescending. I thought this was supposed to be community based? Disgusting.
I have nothing but good things to say about Maple City/West End Community Health. They are always prompt and make me feel listened to. They were able to diagnose and treat an underlying condition I had no idea I had when I first made an appointment with their office looking for a new provider. The nurses are incredible and the MyChart app makes following up on referrals and test results so much easier. They are all wonderful!
We loved seeing Madison Blue at Mosaic so when she switched naturally I wanted to switch to MCHCC to continue seeing Madison. Every phone interaction I’ve had with the office staff here has been terrible and I’m not looking forward to having come to Maple City Health.
