When I watched an online video of my son Terrance getting his brains obliterated and having the remaining chunks of his face slamming into the dirt I never thought I'd get over with it. Now I'm not gonna lie, I didn't. I still have nightmares of him asking for help trying to communicate with his face half-missing. But at least thanks to Edgewater Health, Dr. Lipschitz helped me get a bi-weekly supply of Zoloft and Oxycotton. We gettin' LIT. Thank you Terrance for all your help over the years, but your death has semented my life into being bliss, GOD BLESS OPIOIDS!

I don't have a problem with seeing my nurse I haven't met anybody there that is not friendly. Just don't take the elevator

This place is pathetic. They are a churn and burn, milk the insurance place. They told me I would need six months of multiple visits before I could get a prescription filled, even though I showed that I took the med in the past. I already had three visits, and they were useless. They didn't tell me anything, or help in any way. This was a grandiose waste of time going there, and I will never go back.

My doctor is Dr. Nchekwube, I’ve known him for several years and I like him as my doctor but this Edgewater organization is terrible. I’ve called the office several times and most of the time no one answers when they do answer they obviously don’t relay the message to whom it was directed. I called about a blood pressure medicine that needed a doctors approval for refill and the pharmacy said they never received a call from the doctor. Called for a copy of my recent labs and was transferred no one answered then the line went dead. The NP that saw me referred me to a hematologist, I didn’t hear from their office so I called myself and they told me they had never received an order for me to see the hematologist. This is peoples health that they are affecting.

I went to the one located at 5495 Broadway, Merrillville, IN 46410 a referral to see Chiedu Nchekwube, M.D. I received a bill called them and was told to disregard it but every month I'm still getting a bill. Every month I am calling and leaving messages no response. That was my first time and it was my last time going there. Also it states that they close at 6pm so false advertisement because the answering service picks up at 5pm. When you go online it say 6pm. This is my last attempt then I will do an appeal with my insurance or go to board on them for falling to us my insurance and not reaching out to me.
