After visiting the community health center on 5th avenue, I was absolutely astounded at the tremendous detail and consideration that the dentist had at this facility specifically, hygienist Ms. Florence whom did an exquisite job in conducting a deep cleaning of my teeth? I have never had a dentist conduct such a phenomenal job. She was incredibly professional and considerate. I don't think there's any dental office location that could even compare to the service being provided at this location

This is one of the most beautiful ,kind & respectful doctor 's ( urgent Care) I done ran across so far in Gary !! I just love how she breaks down what's 'going on with ur child & explains it so well about what may be the issue !! We need more doctor like her in the community that willing to actually do the work not just get paid to look at the client's !! !! Keep up the great work & looking to see u in the near future !! My youngest see her on bulletin board's in Gary & always call her my (modeling Doctor)! Because of how beautiful she is
