You keep calling me when I told the dr that the referral that was given to me was someone ive already seen about the issue to repair it, so stop! Didn't know it would be the same person I was referred to, till the name was said!
They talk about their patients amongst one another to other staff very rudely. Once you walk in, you can feel the stares of the staff judging and critiquing why you're there, amongst others. It's mainly black staff employees, not much of a balance of different races as most places are that way. The inside of the offices are disgustingly dirty and in the hallways, meanwhile you can hear the desk staff carrying on a conversation talking about outside patients and hysterically laughing to pass time, without a regard or care. I hope I never have to end up here and I highly recommend anyone to go to a different location. This place is not it!
This was the best experience I’ve had so far at a clinic. I was helped quickly and all staff was kind. I did feel like I was listened to and attended to well by the doctor.
The wait is the problem. Every single time I've went (over a dozen times) I am in the office over 2 hours. The majority of the time is waiting in the room and waiting room. This is for standard medication rechecks. It's absolutely ridiculous. The doctors are fine.
Everyone at Neighborhood Health greets you with a smile. Very low waiting times. I have Medicare and a plan G and I’m happy to spend my medical dollars here. It is a very diverse clientele and I like that. They also do good work in the community and I like that too. I actually followed my doctor here when he left Lutheran and I’m so glad that I did. I will stay with NH even though my doctor is retiring because I trust them and want to help with my Medicare dollars.
