The lady who attended me on March 2 after noon, I just hung up when I told her I wanted to make an appointment.
Echo dental Is the most stupid place on this earth they they act like they didn't get my number And then the first time I put my number down they didn't put it down in their system. They called my dad. I'm getting really sick and tired of their stupid crap. On top of that they screwed up my tooth on top of that They like to lie to people

where do i started let’s go to the beginning i got a review from a dentist that said he didn’t feel comfortable doing the work so he’ll have some other dentist okay i got a amazing dentist named started with a V he had to tell the assistant to change his glow a a million times after they full my teeth all on top that i had to wait 6 months to get dentures and that was the average waiting time u can google it only take 6-8 weeks to get any teeth if that i called the office manager which was rude and thing she could tell me anything do u think i would or anyone would wait 6 months to get teeth than i go back in to finish the booth 2 teeth and my blood pressure was high and they tell me i couldn’t come back until oct with a open mouth with zero teeth but they didn tell me that is a free clinic government so that why i have to wait why have anything if we poor ppl have to wait and feel crazy with a open no teeth mouth when we come for help
If you're needing dental care in a timely manner...look elsewhere. I've been trying to get dental work STARTED for a little over 2 years & still nothing has been done. Not only did I have to wait 3 MONTHS for an enitial appointment, all other subsequent appointments were made with the promise of starting the work I needed done. In between the appointments there has been atleast a 10 week wait & when my appointment FINALLY arrives I'm either told we will have to wait until the NEXT appointment to start said work or called 2 days prior saying they will have to push the appointment out another 6 MONTHS!!!! low income dental care is IMPOSSIBLE to find because a practice either doesn't accept insurance or like echo just keeps pushing your appointments out, I guess in hopes that your tooth infection you've had will just kill you before they are obligated to help.
