My second appointment with a new Dr.since having to leave Concord Family Medicine (because they do not accept my new insurance). I'd been a patient there for 20+ yrs. I knew when they merged with The Elkhart Clinic, that personal connection would be gone. It's now "just a business". I'm so glad I went with Heart City. I love my new Dr. and the staff is very welcoming. I will always miss Dr. Harley Yoder and his staff, I have no complaints at all. Considering all the changes in my life from ful time to disability & retirement in less than 1 yr. I'm so glad I found a place that I can feel like I matter again.

This is by far and wide the worst and most disrespectful medical facilities I have ever been to in my life. EVERY SINGLE TIME I go in for an appointment they have me waiting in their waiting room for over an hour AFTER my appointment was supposed to start and I have been kept waiting for 2 plus hours just to get out of the waiting room. For the first year and a half or so I saw Dr. Montasir. He will ignore almost everything you tell him, disregards the root cause of ANY issue you’re having, loves to prescribe things you don’t want and probably won’t help you, likes to giggle at you when you can’t remember the names of all the garbage he has filled your medicine cabinet with, and again did not even make an effort to help me address certain issues. I went in to see him for almost a year complaining of back pain and all he would do is write useless prescriptions. I saw a different doctor ONE TIME and he actually addressed my back issues and sent me to a chiropractor which actually helped a lot and also listened to and was willing to address several other issues that Dr. Montasir continually refused to address. Beyond frustrated with this place not to mention the fact that I need to use PTO to go to the doctor and they burn up several hours every single time I go in for an appointment between waiting in the lobby and the actual appointment. They have canceled several appointments because the doctor was “on vacation” but they’re the ones scheduling the appointments. Constant problems getting prescriptions filled, incorrect dosages called in, not called in at all, etc. when I called to inquire as to why they charged my insurance $200 for 20 minutes with a chiropractor after waiting an hour in the waiting room to see him the lady giggled and said “that’s how he billed it”. Extremely unprofessional in too many ways and if you are looking for a doctors office to go to this is NOT the one to go to. I arrived today at 2:40 for my appointment at 3:10 and I sat there until 4:15 before I finally got up and left but they kept my money and said see ya next time. And this is EVERY SINGLE VISIT! Absolutely ridiculous.

This is the saddest Dr s office I've ever been to! I'm diabetic, could not get them to get off their asses and do anything! Needed my records from previous doctor, 1 month, no success had to do it all myself! 2 1/2 months without my diabetic meds. Had diabetic episode at work. Lost my job because they're so laxed there! My wife saw a DR there, he told her she had osteo arthritis in both hands and wrist. Have her a now for work, for no heavy lifting over 25 lbs! My wife is 55. Her job have her a paper for the DR to sign and brought back to employer. Dropped it off they says 3 days!!! FOR A SIGNATURE?? Well it's been there a week and a half, called yesterday, person on phone says signed and ready for pick up! Drive all the way there... To be told they can't find it??? WHAT? You just phoned me, and says it's ready for pick up? I call today, following day to see if they found it? I'm told the DR had said, now my wife has to come in to be seen? She already was 2 weeks ago! He gave her the note! I'm currently waiting on my blood thinner. Been out for 2 days! Call the office ask for Stephanie. Was told she's not answering, I left a message asked to mark urgent, and why! Was told she'll get back to me within 24-72 hrs. That's their famous go to on the phone! I have clots in my blood, hence the blood thinner! And I have to wait? THIS OFFICE IS A JOKE! find another doctor! This place is the worst for patient care! 2 months out for appts. TERRIBLE! THEY SHOULD SHUT THIS PLACE DOWN!

If there is an option for no stars I would. Upstairs is where I take my two kids, and these doctors will question how I mother my kids. Several times when I have had an appointments for my boys, the doctors have been rude just about everything. When my second was born, and the hospital went to go call them about my son liam, heart city didnt get his name right. I missed his first appointment because I thought they had sent out an appointment to the wrong person. Definitely been trying to find another place for my kids appointments. I wouldnt recommend this place for pediatric appoiments. I have heard several stories after giving mine where they have experienced the same thing. By all means not trying to gain anything from this other than letting other mothers know that this is not the place to take your kids.

It's a good place the downstairs is on point. Upstairs can be iffy sometimes. One appointment I'm called back on time and everything rolls good, we discuss things we talk about getting things resolved and you know what you do when you go see the doctor. other times I am in the waiting room for three hours and when I finally get called back the doctor will barely see me last time that happened they were in and out of my room in 5 minutes honestly that peed me off because we didn't get to talk about like 3 things I wanted to talk about that visit. I know they run behind sometimes but why do I get blown off when I was on time and waited patiently just to say well that was a waisted day I took off work for.
