They receptionist who was at 4 today was very rude and impolite. She didn't give me her name, but it was an older lady wearing a pink shirt with black hair. I told her that I didn't have an insurance card cause I had just moved from Wisconsin. She then said who supports you and your child then without ever asking if I was employed. She got mad when I told her I have a job like I wasnt supposed to be working or something. She then threatened to call the police on my 5 year old because she didn't want to sit down? Someone really needs to give her a good talking to because in my 25 years of living I have never been treated that poorly. The dentist and the dental assistant were very nice though.

Very poor health care facility. The violate your rights by letting people to video record you to put on youtube for monitary gain without your promission. I know for a fact this is a violation of H.I.P.P.A. Im going to talk to a lawyer about this one. I even have the prove they violated our rights by not stopping him from recording. And the video is on Youtube for me to prove my case.

I needed a copy of an older letter from my medical records and Stephanie, one of the medical records associates took care of my request in the most prompt and professional way possible. She was able to send it thru to my patient portal enabling me to not have to come into their department to pick up a copy. She suggested this to be the quickest way possible. She is very knowledgeable and has an attitude of making sure your needs are met. Great job!

Unique Woman

On January 28th on 10:30 a.m I got a text from the Grand Health Department that I still had a appointment that I had previously canceled and rescheduled on January 27th at 426 p.m for February 4th at 2 p.m. I had witnesses to this, my sons and my significant other including my brother. I had made the appointment with Jocelyn and she failed to cancel the January 28th appointment. I had to cancel it through felicidad (not sure if I'm saying her name right if not let me know). I was drinking my tea and relaxing but I had to take a break to deal with this. This was 30 minutes before the Jan 28th appointment at 11 a.m. I called her to confront her on the issue and she wasn't apologetic at all. Actually she had amnesia or B.S amnesia and acting like I didn't talk with her before brazenly, even though I didn't have 4 witnesses that heard this. I told the other employee that I wanted to talk with the supervisor I gave her the number. Her supervisor never called. So not only are they irresponsible, unaccountable but apparently some people that work their are flagrant sneaky liars! Make sure you have witnesses when talking with them and other evidence you can gather. There professionalism is weak at best. Until someone reaches out about what happened my opinion will stay the same. Also there was a previous incident that a employee (some person that worked there, Im keeping her name out for now but I know exactly who it was with proof) gave me a appointment without my consent or confirmation.. so that's why I'm leaving this review here to warn others and hope that change is possible. Be cautious.
