They DO NOT OFFER NITROUS OXIDE. I wish I would've known. Unfortunately I had to endure having my gums measured and X-rays and found out I need a deep cleaning and have three cavities aside from the abscessed tooth that needs removed, which is good information to have but was a waste of their time and my tears because they can't do any of the work for me. They even went as far as giving me prices on the cleaning after knowing I needed the nitrous oxide. Google's version of AI said they offer it and multiple people told me they offer it for children. I was hoping after seeing how scared I am, if they did have it for children, they would make an exception and use it for me, but no. Lesson learned to ask first rather than waiting to be told no. The only good thing that came out of it was I was prescribed antibiotics for the infection, but unless something wild happens and nobody else can pull this tooth in a reasonable amount of time, none of these people will ever see me again. Everyone I dealt with was really nice and my fear is not their fault, but I'm still crying more than 24 hours later over the gum measuring. I only hope that my measurements and X-rays can be sent to the next place so I don't have to go through it all again.
I give it one star because every time I call they never pick up the phone. They answered me there, they did an extraction, they charged me more because they say it's surgical, and for almost a month I had to remove pieces of tooth that they left me.
Edit: I've been going to this place for awhile now and the ladies at the front desk have definitely gotten a lot kinder and I've had zero canceled appointments in well over a year. Just wanted to update my review. The dentists and dental assistants are fantastic (especially the newest dentist. She's incredible.) but the front desk ladies are just mean. They are so unbelievably rude even when they are the ones that make a mistake. They treat you like you're inconveniencing them when you're just trying to see a dentist/take your child to the dentist. Good luck keeping an appointment as well because they seem to double book an awful lot or book appointments on days where "they won't have a doctor". I'm sure there's one or two that are great people but the couple I've spoke with, not so much. I'm sure it's a very stressful job but the doesn't mean that you should take it out on patients.
I am a single mother of 3 kids, with very little support from other. I finally got someone to watch 1 of my kids so I can take the other 2 to the dentist. I arrived early to appointment time only to be told I could not keep the appointment because I did not confirm the appointment because they had the wrong phone number for me. No care of their patient's health, complete lack of care. I cancelled all appointments and will go else where.
I'm only giving it 1 star because I have to. Tried to see the dentist there and I have dentophobia. First appointment did not go well. Dentist TOLD me to take anti-anxiety medication for the following appointment. I did as told. Then she refused to do the procedure because I had driven myself. She claims she said I needed someone to drive me. She did not, in fact, say that. And if it was so important it's called an instruction sheet - print it. I've cancelled all future appointments and demanded a refund. Go somewhere else if you want competence.
