If I could give less stars I would this is the worst experience I’ve ever had in healthcare in my entire 38 years. They are very uncomfortable treating depression issues and refuse to treat patients with respect and dignity. Their documentation and charting is awful and instead of using the information they require you to fill out they had my wrong address from years prior even though I had never gone to them and my first visit filled out my address a couple times and gave my ID which also had my address which caused me to miss important information. I am usually pretty easy on reviews u less I feel someone has done a horrible job and that others would benefit from knowing. Please consider another provider if shopping around for a doctor. This is based on my personal experience which was a nightmare at their Collinsville location. They could easily make someone not want to go to the doctor again. It’s a shame

This was about the office on vandalia Street I couldn't get in to see the doctor I couldn't get them to prescription or send it to me wish they have done many times in the past but they denied that basically calling me a liar Subsequently all the Tylenol I had to take ended up give me a severe case of pancreatitis and damage my kidneys

Do not use these people for your health care I cannot even get a simple muscle relaxer prescribe and a herpes medication these people are total idiots
