Crusader Clinic is an absolute joke! They can't get ANYTHING right! Wouldn't ever think about using these incompetent liars for anything. If I was having a heart attack right outside their front doors, I'd still demand on going somewhere else! I spent over a week calling them everyday to get some prescriptions sent over to Walgreens (their contracted pharmacy) and get any changes as may be needed to get coverage for prescriptions. I told them since the first day when calling for an appointment that I didn't have insurance. For a week I spent trying to get that straight. They couldn't figure out that I didn't have insurance (after recently losing a job). I could go on and on, but just do yourselves a favor, DON'T CALL THIS JOINT)
Jessica oslund Horrible whatever she is came in for 2 seconds acted funny and then left out barely any questions or help shouldn’t be working if she has problems with herself my advice would be to apply at McDonald’s because her attitude and skills are lacking I wouldn’t let her treat a dog if she was the last person on earth and if I was shot I would just leak out instead of choosing her care horrible doctor should be a janitorial assistant
Just had a visit with Jessica Oslund and she is the reason for this 1 star review. Went in feeling ill but I guess since I had no fever I was a waste of her time. I left work feeling really light headed and dizzy. Feeling like I did last time I had the flu. With me leaving work I needed a Dr’s note to be excused for my absence at work. She walks in with the nastiest attitude saying “so you’re basically just here for a note? Did you think about taking some Flonase and Zyrtec before calling off work? Because that would get rid of your dizziness.” First of all I didn’t know she knew my body better than me? She also did not evaluate me whatsoever. My vitals were taken by the MA and that was it. Jessica ended the visit by telling me that “everyone in the world has this right now. It’s viral. And everyone is still going to work. “ Jessica if you’re that miserable with your life and your job GO DO SOMETHING ELSE . I dont wish bad upon people but you deserve to lose your job. You have no idea what I I do for a living. So before you go into a patient room judging people maybe just do your job as the “NP” you are and learn some bedside manner.
This facility doesn't exactly enforce or follow the Illinois smoking law on 15 feet away from exit/ entrance. 😡😷😮💨😮💨😮💨🚭🚭🚭🚭🚭🙅♀️👎so today another dmi parking n blocking the way n security to direct traffic on site
I called them to let them know I was having a mental health crisis. They set my appointment for one month out (they're busy and I don't want to go on a grippy sock vacation, understandable), but then the day before my appointment, they cancelled and set it for another month out. Then they cancelled and set it for another month out. My husband is diabetic. They've cancelled his appointment so many times in a row that he's off ALL his pill meds and he's only taking his insulin every 3 days instead of every day to try to conserve. He finally got an appointment they didn't cancel (11am) and after waiting a full hour in the waiting room, he asked when the doctor would see him. They told him the doctor was with a patient but would be going to lunch after and he wouldn't be seen until 1PM. Two full hours after his appointment time. I know it isn't intention or malicious, but at this point, this clinic is literally about to KILL my SO. Go to any other medical facility in Rockford because this one will let you die. My SO has not taken his pills or insulin in days.
