Just came by to address the review response I previously received, dismissing my claims of privacy violating practices w the pt, dr patell. I don't mind reexplaining the entire situation if someone would like to reach out to me, personally I'd had quite a few less than professional appointments, wait times for appointments or my favorite, was being treated like the staff had all been talking badly about me trying to figure it out rather than realizing they worked at a doctor's office and they aren't allowed to openly speculate amongst each other and support staff about could be issues , or whatever in a patients life. Hoping solvera learns to train staff and support personnel so they don't act like it is highschool and commenting on and asking about someone's private life to speculate about is about as professional as a fast food worker is expected to act; good luck in the medical field when you as a provider are the conflict of interest!
I like coming to Solvera the workers are very friendly and welcoming you when you come in the door.. Especially I don't no his name but the older black gentleman I love to see him when I come there ,cause he makes you very welcoming also. He talks to very kindly it just makes your day.
I came here because I had just moved back from Iowa and needed a psychiatrist asap. I walked into the psychiatrist’s office for the first time and sat down. While she looked at her computer she said to me, “What do you need?” I replied back, “I’m sorry?” To which she once again, without looking up and acknowledging me, stared at her computer and remarked (a little more firmly this time as if I was deaf) “What do you need?? Why are you here??” Ummm, well I was kind of hoping YOU could tell me what I need, ma’am… you are a psychiatrist, right???? There is so much more I would love to write about, but I don’t wish for all of my information to be out here. I have worked in healthcare for many years as a Lead Medication Manager for a nursing home as well as house visits for mental health recipients. I was, still am, a Mandated Reporter for social services and I was flab👏ber👏gasted! THIS is the exact reason our loved ones who are not of clear sound and mind need to be accompanied to appointments. This psychiatrist is a lawsuit just waiting to happen, mark my words. ✅ She also told me instead of taking one of my prescriptions I should just, “use a daily planner.” Discontinue my medication and USE A DAILY PLANNERRRR.. ya’ll, my blood pressure at this point. I had to say a prayer to keep my composure. This woman didn’t even know, or CARE to ask about *any* of my diagnosis. Then they said I was required to give a urine sample for drug use and I almost said, “Right after you because I’m a little curious about what you’ve got to be on right now too.” DO NOT GO HERE FOR ANY PSYCHIATRIC NEEDS.
I have seen a provider here and few times trying to give it a chance. They are unprofessional. Never again. This last time I came for swelling and she didn't even look at the area I was talking about. The pharmacy never has your medications after a visit. I sat and waited for over 30 minutes left did not get a call it was ready came back 2 days later and it still wasn't ready. I saw the same provider at different times if the day morning afternoon and before closing and her attitude and attention were much better in the morning but there were never any solutions to my problems and I didn't feel like she listened to my concerns. The end of the day appt I timed and she was in the room for 5 minutes over talked me and left without me knowing what just happened and her attitude was rushed. I will not be back.
Solvera health is a life saver. They are staffed with high quality people. There is a hospitality manager who gets you signed in named Trent. He is the reason I'm leaving this review. He has been nothing but kind every visit. I lost my keys for a few min last time I was here. I'd totally forgotten about it, but when I just checked in, Trent was joking around about not loosing my keys. I was surprised he remembered me out of possible hundreds of over 1000 patients seen by doctors here. They have a sliding scale pay option that is also a life saver. Every single staff member and medical specialist has treated me like a person should be treated. I smile and talk with kind words with them. It gives you that feeling like you can let your guard down and just be yourself here. This is rare things for a business of this kind!! I'll always point people towards this great place. I'm so grateful to these folks!?!
