I originally found this job on Indeed.com 4 years ago, I have been with Heartland ever since. Heartland employees have been the best people I have ever worked with. I have made many friends here that I plan to keep for years to come. The work environment is fast paced but you receive an appropriate amount of training that makes you feel comfortable to start doing it on your own. Within two years of starting at Heartland, I was promoted. This company really works hard to make sure their employees are happy and successful in their careers. I love working for this company and would recommend working here to anyone who is a team player and likes to work hard. 8 years after I originally posted this, I am still at Heartland Health Services. I still love it!
The drs i have met with are nice but they seem a bit more worried about their own lives then their patients. My last visit was after 3 pm and was over there waiting in a room for over 2 hrs cause they forgot i was there as was a quick visit. Also they keep canceling and reschedule my appts. If a dr has patients scheduled then they should not take days off unless its an emergency. Was supposed to have my 6 week postpartum checkup but last week i missed a call and then noticed my appt was scheduled 3 more weeks later. So unprofessional as i had already made arrangements for the first date. I get things come up but still no reason to keep rescheduling patients
It’s very friendly at the front desk. I have never had a problem there. Dr Sarah Kosciki is very knowledgable. And a very nice Dr her nurses are awesome too.
Waiting room not neuro-divergent friendly. Every tv was on with sound up it caused a lot of distress for my partner. If going there make sure to bring sound cancelling headphones.
I got a bill and ive been trying to pay it for a week but the numbers never work and when i get transferred to the “billing” department My call never goes through and they ask me to leave my name and theyll call me back. NEVER GET CALLED BACK! And there’s not even an option to pay it online so i can just get this over with.
