Reception and nurse were super friendly and Dr. Waters took so much time listening to my health history as well as giving me advice on what to add to my regimen or what to increase. I was referred to Christy Williams in the Benton office. She was rude and unprofessional from the get go. She began the appointment by telling me what she was NOT going to do. She never asked me a single question about my anxiety or triggers. I would not recommend wasting your time unless you want to feel belittled .

Amazing people! I go to the Albion office and every individual I’ve interacted with have been simply amazing. From the receptionist to the phlebotomist to Nurse Mahala and NP Tate these individuals are without a doubt the most professional, caring and competent medical professionals I’ve encountered. For nearly five years I lived thinking I had a serious illness that would drastically shorten my life span. When my previous Dr retired I was forced to find a new medical provider which is when my relationship with crhc began. I started seeing Sheila Tate as my primary physician. During our initial appointment she voiced concerned I had been misdiagnosed. She immediately ordered a series of test which confirmed her suspicion. Since then she has been able to provide me a proper diagnosis and a treatment plan that has drastically improved my life. Int fact I don’t know if any one person has impacted my life positively as Mrs. Tate has. In a country where quality health care is becoming increasingly difficult to find the people at Christopher Rual Health Clinic our the diamonds in the rough. If you are in need of a primary care physician I strongly recommend Mrs Tate and CRHC. Thank you for being the people you are !!!!!
