I've been going to Winfield moody health center since I was a baby and always had to wait long hours. As an adult it drives me crazy that the doctor's don't seem to really care about their patients. I been calling for signature for my supplies and haven't heard back from them. I give them a thumbs down 👎
Currently I'm a registered nurse for 32 years recently uninsured because of an injury I sustained while working. I had some swelling in my brain because I received vaccinations and had an adverse reaction to the vaccines. Dr bryer the ophthalmologist I give him 10 as well as his resident because they caught the problem and addressed it immediately. My follow up will with Dr Brier was excellent on point which I am following up at stroger hospital with the neurologist within the next month. After my visit with Dr bryer I had an appointment with internal medicine and the medical students insisted on seeing me for a follow-up appointment. I told the medical students twice that I'm not comfortable following up with the medical student I did my hemoglobin a1c as well as my blood sugar which were normal ,and the resident or physician refused to see me if I did not see the medical students first. As a registered nurse for 32 years and worked at stroger hospital for many many years in the emergency room as well as other units, I am fully aware of patient refusal to see a medical student instead of the primary MD which is totally legal. My rights were violated I ended my visit yesterday in a negative response and I give the doctor an F in internal Medicine and Dr Pryor and A the Ophthalmologist. Dr philander Van Ratliff
I hope there's enough space to describe this place. I've never seen such substandard care given by supposed Medical Professionals. Unfortunately I chose a position that doesn't offer Insurance so here I am at what has to be some of the worst doctors ever. They aren't even doctors they are APN's, borderline CNA'S. The care at this place is awful and God forbid you need a refill they won't respond to you or the pharmacy even after you hold on waiting for a hour. They are getting paid for rendering care that they definitely not giving. I have a different doctor every time I go there who knows less than the other but I always leave there the same as I was when I went in there!!!!
I have been unable to pick up an important Rx that should be taken DAILY because of INCOMPETENCE AND INDIFFERENCE. I have been without my RX for 9 days!! , Dr. Wazu did not write it (refill) correctly!! I have called and direct messages stating this --no Answer!! Very UNPROFESSIONAL Jana Huey and Vanity, at the main office are INCOMPETENT. Ms Huey refuses to return my calls or speak to me. She directs Vanity to resolve problem but she is INEFFECTIVE. They have blamed the drug store but the pharmacist CAN NOT CHANGE DR RX!! This is Ridiculous!
