Took my new born there and they are great dr Johnson was beyond remarkable answered all my questions and concerns the nurses both named jasmin were awesome too! Marybeth the lactation consultant was great too she helped my wife alot with all her issues and questions! This place is awesome I love the staff even front desk was polite and concerned and very respectful! All around a great place and I know have a dr for my baby
if you show up on time it doesn't matter because you'll still wait for hours, all the while listening to receptionists leave people phone calls about how if they miss appointments they won't be allowed to make appointments for 6 months. Wild double standard
10:45am appointment, it's 11:30am and nothing, this is totally unacceptable, no previous patient ahead of us and nothing! God forbid I was 5 minutes late because I would've been canclled. I'm switching providers.
The inpatient staff here in some ways was great. The discharge process wasn’t great: they told my LPN that the medication I had was wrong. The medications the inpatient team there did put me on were working better but they did not send any prescriptions or refills or even an order of “hey you got this guys medication wrong” to my original person they were in contact with: I am without refills or even medication after being put on an entirely new set (I was taking four before, they swapped it out with a different one). I really hate writing the inpatient team her wrong it’s obviously under resourced and everyone there was kind and the new medications they put me on slightly more functional but like I wasn’t informed they wouldn’t assist me with refills or like where they’d send the refills or just generally for anything after
From the very beginning, my experience at Tapestry Clinic was excellent. At the front desk, Autumn was very welcoming and helpful, making everything smooth and easy. Dr. Kseniia took the time to explain everything clearly, answered all of my questions, and made me feel truly cared for. I really appreciate the professionalism and kindness from the whole team. Highly recommend this clinic.
