I primarily see Dr. Lippens, and absolutely love her. She was amongst one of the first few doctors that finally believed and listened to my symptoms for a long term health condition. Every doctor I've seen at this office has always gone above and beyond. They always handle the appointment professionally and with care. I can tell that they're truly trying to provide the best care. This is potentially one of the best PCP offices I've been to with my chronic health issues. I cannot recommend this office enough.
I would quite frankly give them a 0 if that was possible. I went in there for a simple blood test and was billed incorrectly. The billing department was unavailable and had to leave a voicemail to then speak with someone who knows nothing and attempt at evaluation was trash. I don't know how they have a job in billing when they can barely interpret insurance claims. How was something so simple overcomplicated. I asked them for a phone number to update resolving this, and they just gave me the mainline number. if you don't want to do your job just say that. This will be my first and last visit this facility.
The service here is bad. Had to wait 30 days just for a follow up appointment for MENTAL HEALTH. IT WAS THEN CANCELED THE DAY BEFORE!!!! ONLY for them to tell me I have to wait an additional thirty days for a reschedule. What is the point of having a mental health doctor that you can only talk to once every sixty days!!!!! You might as well talk to yourself.
The lies these doctors tell and Tiffany from the answering service is SO RUDE! Almost all providers here don’t care enough to do simple paper work like Prior Authorizations. Currently having an issue with Liz Franco and the run around I get is absolutely insane and never adds up. I was even given a fake authorization code! That’s fine because I’m very big on advocating for myself and I will make sure I contact every government and non government agency so they can be held accountable. Every license inspected and audited. I’m not a petty person unless people do me wrong several times. Attorney is on deck, NPIs are being reported and for the amount they charge MEDICAID and bill them for services that’s weren’t provided, tax dollars are being spent on almost non existent care.
