My family has been going to Lawndale for the past eight years. And this is my first time reviewing because I really feel like the organization has done a lot to improve their customer service and overall customer experience. It used to be such a headache to schedule an appointment and now is the easiest 2 minutes of your day. Which is so important when you have sick kids you’re taking care of. I saw their low rating and wanted to add my two cents. Well done Lawndale! I see you!

Excellent doctors terribly organized I absolutely hate coming here but keep because the doctors are great and knowledgeable have been here ten years. My most recent problem is trying to book an appointment for over a month and all I get is the run around and voice messages.

Prices are good and they don't take long to get my orders ready for an often sold out Medication. My only complaint is that there's a sign saying to make sure your order is right because they don't do refunds but when I tried to check my medication before paying the guy told me I couldn't, I checked anyway because my medicine is expensive. If I have to pay before checking then you should absolutely accept a return if the medication is wrong
