Where do I start as I proceeded to walk in I was asked if I had an appointment I explained that I did not because I was told that this location ( Sheridan ) was walk-ins only mistake #1. To add this is the second time I’ve come to this location and was unable to be seen, I was sent away due to them being “under staff” and when asked about making an appointment they proceeded to say we’re “ only walk ins” and that I cannot be seen because their closing soon ( 3pm) I arrived @2:20 unaware of there hours, the day before I was told to come and that I would be seen and although I was not and sent away. Poor communication, no sense of urgency and lack of. I DO NOT RECOMMEND GOING TO THIS LOCATION!!!!!! DO BETTER!!!!

So grateful for this community resource! Came as a walk-in and was seen within 40 minutes. All the staff were thorough and easy to talk to. The facility was clean and seemed to be run well. So glad this is here.

Not too sure what all the negative reviews are about but I had an affirming experience at the Sheridan location. The Dr I received care from was empathetic and supportive. They also connected me with the insurance navigator at their office who was so helpful and kind and helped me get coverage- it’s been years since I’ve had healthcare. Kudos to the Sheridan team for all the support and care as I make my transition in this city.

I absolutely loved my first visit here. I felt welcomed here and I got right into my appointment. The doctor and nurse made sure I was comfortable the entire time and answered any questions I had. I tried to explain my situation to the best of my ability and he listened and considered the most likely possibilities with that information. Ultimately I still have to wait for my blood work and the follow-up for my results so it's just time. I felt like they really listened to me. To the entire staff thank you.
