I had my first appointment at this location with Dr Kidd. Leading up to meet her, the staff were friendly and helped me out with my check- in process with the greatest attitude. The assistant that led me to my room was Jovan and she was very kind throughout our interaction. I was nervous as I’ve had some bad experiences with prior providers and hoped this would be different. Dr Jasmine Kidd was so kind and a breath of fresh air! She made sure I was comfortable and showed me the tools she was using for my visit. She answered my questions and concerns. I felt comfortable and cared for!
Nurse practitioner Kyana Hurt needs to really work on her Customer service skills as far as listening to a patient and changing the rude and rushed push she gives my sister went and had a terrible experience feeling very stressed and already having High blood pressure that’s not what should be provided. Please work on that and do better
This clinic was not the best and did not meet my expectations. As the doctor was speaking to me you could hear all the nurses laughing and playing around in the background. The doctor then went out to let them.know she wanted me to get blood done and other things and they clearly did not pay attention to whatever the doctor had ordered them so they were ready to let me go. I had to remind them about the lab & other exams that some of them they still forgot to take care of. I then had another appointment through video and the doctor did not show up. I waited a whole hour.
I’ve been living in this are for 3 years and never noticed this place 🙄 and I wish I had of because the experience was amazing. They checked me in properly i was not waiting for ever to be seen my appt was at 1pm i was seen at 1:05pm . Med assistant was nice im mad I forgot her name , Jasmine Kidd NP was so professional gave me good advice and actually listened to my concerns. Next up was Tamera ugh I hope I spelled that right but she collected samples of my blood 🩸 and was so funny and gentle “she will definitely find that “ “Vein” love love the staff and the facility as a whole .
Most times all staff are friendly sometimes there is a long wait even if you have an appointment, it just really depends on who you are seeing and for what that day. Today my appointment was at 10 and I left at 10:55 less than an hour which is great. I favor this location because not only is it close to my house, this location is also big. Parking is good too. They have a free parking structure directly across the street if there is no free street parking left.
