I was a patient in the past. I called yesterday. Try to make an appointment. Staff was very rude on the phone. You dont need insurance. They take all and charge the state . They said , they will get back to me with my appointment. Thats not how it work. They just dont want me back. Must have the same lousy management.

The receptionists need to get a better job if they cannot help member get proper services they are beyond unprofessional and rude and have such a nasty attitude this place need to get shut down or get a new staff

This clinic is unbelievably unprofessional. My PCP (Dr. Faraz Khan) referred me through Dr. Suzanne Kellman to Dr. Ahmed Radwan for psychiatric care. I had two telehealth appointments with Dr. Radwan: one on Sept 30 and another on Oct 3 at 3:30 PM. BOTH were canceled at the last minute while I was already waiting online. No explanation, no accountability, nothing. The worst part? When I complained to the receptionist after the second cancellation, she basically brushed me off with an attitude like: “Do you want another appointment or not?” — as if my time and health meant nothing. I took time off work twice, I urgently need my medications, and instead of real care I got arrogance, cancellations, and zero responsibility. This is unacceptable for any health center, especially when dealing with patients’ mental health. Avoid this clinic if you value your health and your time.

The receptionist in the afternoon around 1.00 pm on sep 27 2025 was very good. I went there for using the restroom only and she allowed me without asking much questions. This although is unrelated but goes onto show the kindness of the staff and would also reflect in other things also. Hence the 5 star review.

I called customer service to reschedule an appointment for my siblings. I politely asked the representative to cancel the current appointment and help me reschedule it. However, instead of assisting with both steps, the lady told me she would only cancel the appointment and that if I wanted to reschedule, I would need to call back another time. This was very frustrating and unhelpful — I expected better support and a smoother process, not unnecessary inconvenience.
