Ive gone to this pharmacy for many years the recent staff change is horrible. This is the second time I called to see what’s the eta on my prescription and they answer and say “alivio pharmacy” and instantly put you on hold while you try talking then after going on hold they hang up on you. I called again and I told the lady that answered she had a strong accent I told her and she goes okay what can I help you with disregarding the fact that this keeps happening I am also a store manager for a business you all need to train staff better and if they have a attitude replace them. Including the lady with the accent very rude of her

Dr. Liou has been our family doctor for a couple years and she is so amazing. Ever since switching to her I have felt more comfortable expressing my concerns and asking questions! She is very good at calling back when I leave her a message. Which is very important to me because getting a call back or having someone answer is very hard!!! She goes above and beyond to help my children and my self also asking how am doing! Definitely look forward to seeing her every time!

I like this clinic so much that I recommend it to all my friends. I've been in this clinic since I got pregnant and gave birth to my baby. The staff is super nice. Very patient. Spanish, English, Cantonese, Mandarin. To meet the needs of many people, the children's area has shelves from which children can choose a favorite book to take home. This clinic has three Chinese doctors, they are very serious and responsible, my child likes her family doctor very much, the only weakness of this clinic is that it is only a clinic, it does not have large equipment, but it is really perfect for common minor diseases. I would recommend this clinic to anyone because it is super warm and good service

My experience to date has been absolutely great. The ladies at the reception desk have been absolutely wonderful. They are very resourceful and kind. Medical, dental and pharmacy staff have also been so kind. In my time waiting to be seen I notice everyone is treated kindly and with respect which is great. I hope those seeking assistance here also give all who they engage with the same kindness. Also, the clinic is very clean. The parking lot is well kept.

The receptionist at the front desk are rude and not very helpful. They treat you like you are stupid and get angry when you don't know information that they didn't explain to you in the first place. I don't feel very welcomed when we come here.
