Lately they have been doing a very nice job with the ladies in the front. They are very friendly 😉
Just had the worse life threatening experience of my 47 years on earth. In November I lost my provider and my insurance. Initially was a pt at the access Ashland location for 4 years with no complaint. I have severe hypertension and had been without my medicine for over a month. Went to access on 26th once my new insurance kicked in I saw a Dr. Mountain there and I’m convinced that he didn’t care rather I lived or died! BP was 195/138 I explained my situation of needing a refill on my HBP medicine and losing my provider and insurance fir about 6 weeks. and not only would he not refill my HBP meds he refused to see me and sent me to the emergency room. I sat in the ER at stroke level for over 8 hours and in the end they refilled my HBP meds and my pressure went immediately down! Then he told me to follow up with him a few days later which I did! just for him to turn around and cancel my appt again. Not sure if he just didn’t give a damn about me or if he didn’t want to see a new patient with a serious health condition. But his decision to turn me away could have costed me my life. Instead of helping me by simply refilling my BP medicine it was easier for him to make me the ER’s responsibility. So disappointed needless to say I will never attend that clinic on 26th street ever again. Not that it matters to him at all!
hello deerz and dr deerz I am from Guatemala very good Dr doing from my doctor miss Dr elaina baatt she make me from sick to not little sick wow amazing doctor persin. I come with sad bad feeling and she do make happy good not sick full feel okay Thank you deer enjoy
They give you a thin paper card for scale they don't tell you it's your job to know when the year is up ma Jackson never returns phone calls it's a embarrassment to the medical community....but I never had a bad physician while I've been there all 3 have been steller but they leave I wonder why??!;
Need to better monitor there clinics. Access clinics turning patients away forcing them to do telehealth appointments to then have them come in to do labs . which makes no sence because in order to do labs a provider needs to be available . So why not just scheduled my child when the provider is there. Will chage clinic soon!
