The dentist is great, but their scheduling system is a nightmare. It is impossible to plan ahead and get a date for a simple cleaning. They don't open the scheduling until a few weeks before the appointment, which is not like literally any other dentist I've ever been to. They consistently get dates wrong for when services are due, and on more than one occasion, they've called the day of the appointment to cancel. Calling their call center is useless, most of their employees don't know what they're doing and don't care to resolve the issue.
Dr. Thair AL-Saqri is a phenomenal being, I'm proud to be under his care and support thoughout this health journey, he only wants the best for his patients. I have never had a doctor to talk to me and convince me to change my health for the better and take medications into my body until I met Dr. Thair and since I've become under his care as a patient I take my medications, exercise and eat healthier everyday. So thank you for having such a physician like Thair he's a true health Hero.
Had a very good experience here today. Jacara is very nice and so is Dr Song. Last time I came here I did not have a good experience and that as a few years ago. This time it was very nice and relatively quick. They’ve definitely made some improvements and I hope it stays this way!
Did not have a good experience here at all! Before I came I asked detailed questions to see if this was a good fit for my son. I told the person on the phone that I was looking for a PEDIATRIC dentist for my son and that I had a referral. She told me they didn’t have one but she pleaded that they still could do work with him. She asked me to fax over the referral to two different numbers ( this was a week prior) For one, I don’t live in this town so I traveled 45 minutes to get here. I arrived and staff didn’t greet, didn’t even acknowledge me, after waiting to even be checked in they told me I was in the wrong place and to go through a set of double doors. I reached where I was supposed to be and another rude clerk. Okay we are finally called back and the lady who was trying to get X-rays for my FOUR year old son acted as if she was talking to an adult. I told her he is four and he does not understand what you are trying to do with him (get X-rays of his teeth) she became flustered with him and said if he won’t allow her to do this after one more try she’s going to have the doctor come in and just do a visual I told her to just do that because the way she was instructing him he couldn’t understand. Fast forward the dr comes in. I ask her did she look over the referral, the other lady replied “oh that’s at the front desk.” (have not been looked over) I explained to her that the problems I am here for is inside that referral that no one looked at. She does her visual inspection and just tells me everything that is on the referral, things about my child’s teeth that we already knew. She then tries to refer me somewhere else! 4 hours away from me. I don’t understand what my point was of coming I had my 9 week child with me and little to no gas left after this pointless visit. I told the call receptionist prior to coming exactly what the problem was and what I needed done for him she ensured me this was the place to get it done. I just did NOT have a good experience here at all.
Alanna Adams was very nice when I met her, however, a minor change to my medications has unfolded an unnecessarily complicated series of events that stemmed from the clinics miscommunication and poor service. There a select few members who are helpful and do genuinely care, but a good amount of workers are clearly not there to support you and are very reactive when a patient is understandably frustrated. There were several times where they failed to communicate or relay messages that further delayed access to my medication. On top of that, Alanna, herself couldn’t be bothered to make a change despite her own note in my patient profile and demanded that I book an appointment even though I wouldn’t be able to see here until 2-3 weeks after I ran out of my medication. It’s a shame that the limited amount of resources and pressure they are under trickles into the quality of care they provide for those who are unable to pay for better insurance coverage.
