I have always had the BEST experience with this office. My kid needed a referral out of state, and it's hard to swing as a single parent, and they did exactly what they said, and found a Dr as close as possible! Rexburg! I am and always will be grateful to Grand Peaks.
I see a psychiatrist and my regular physician is here. Usually pretty helpful. I enjoy how peaceful it is coming here even for walkins
I have had Andy Brower as my primary care giver for many years. Today I walked in for some serious issues I was having. They would not allow me to see him because he was not taking walk ins because he was not the walk in pa that day and they expected me to see someone who doesn't know my conditions as a special needs patient. Andy Brower told me that this should not be happening the FIRST time it happened and that he would make time to see me whenever I needed to be seen and he was in the office. He lied to me. I will not go back. Medical in this community is a joke and patients are nothing more than a paycheck.
Negative stars are not an option and they should be because this Clinic does not even deserve 1 star. Our experience with Grand Peaks Medical was extremely disappointing. After being told that scheduled appointments weren’t available and that walk-ins were the only option, I brought my children in—only to be turned away and told I would have to schedule an appointment. Make that make sense. The lack of consistency and accountability in their scheduling process is unacceptable, especially when children are involved. To make matters worse, the staff we interacted with were unkind and dismissive. Rather than providing thoughtful medical care, they seemed to rely on quick internet searches to diagnose and treat symptoms. That’s not the level of professionalism or expertise you expect from a medical clinic. Families deserve compassionate, competent care—not confusion, cold treatment, and questionable medical practices. I sincerely hope Grand Peaks Medical takes steps to improve both their communication and the quality of care they provide. But I'm not hopeful. I highly recommend that you do not take your loved ones to Grand Peaks Medical and seek out better professional medical care.
I don’t have enough space here to say all the good things I could about Grand Peaks! I have seen them personally and taken my family here. All of the providers are A+ and really take the time to listen and are very knowledgeable. Excellent for any medical or mental health! I would give them 10 stars if it was an option!
