If I ever struggled to tell my Healthcare providers what's going on in my life, I definitely don't anymore; both providers I've seen here have made me feel very comfortable in sharing my thoughts and concerns. Seeing Dr. Hammer feels like getting advice from a friend with medical experience, and Dr. Lacey's personality will instantly put you at ease. I'd recommend this clinic for people who may be nervous to broach their health topics with a medical professional. The providers here take all of your thoughts into consideration.

I recently transferred care to Health West. It has been a good experience. Patient centered care seems to be important at Health West . Everyone I interacted with was knowledgeable and caring. The doctor was one of the best I have ever had.

I have never had a bad doctor in this place. My daughter started coming here and now I have all my family coming here too. Regardless if it is a long term doctor or a student doctor they have all had a wonderful bedside manner and I feel then listen and wanna find answers to help the patient I know for me they have. I like how they want to work with you and get to the bottom of things. highly recommend if you don't have a doctor any of the Health West are worth going into

I went to Health West for 3 years. The doctors, nurses, and receptionists were friendly and listened well. Dr. Rolynn is AMAZING! The only reason I am rating Health West so low is because of how administration has handled gender affirming care. To my understanding, administration knew at least a month before notifying patients that Health West was no longer going to offer gender affirming care. They gave patients a week’s notice before discontinuing gender affirming care with little to no resources in place. This seems unethical.
