I highly recommend this office! Not only is the front desk super welcoming and consistent with appointment reminder, the pharmacy is great, awesome and friendly pharmaceutical professionals that take care into explaining medicine and answering questions but also the nutrition office with targets and not just agendas but most of all Dr.Silsby. I have never felt so heard, understood and treated like a real person with real concern, not just a patient. If there's a different method that's not standard protocol but more comfortable for the patient, he goes that route. Never had a treatment, a vaccine or a procedure pushed on me or pushed out due to protocol. I had questions concerning my feminine health, Dr. Silsby didn't even hesitate. He listened, did his own research right there with me to make sure my questions were being answers and my needs being met. Now I'm on path to a health routine that I FEEL SAFE AND COMFORTABLE with. 🙏 Thank you all for what you do 💜
I have been doing counseling for most of my life, and unfortunately it never seems to help. I have also had many primary care physicians try and prescribe medications for depression and what not. But none of them have helped. I saw Jennifer Beaulieu and she really helped change my life. We tried different medications and different doses. And things really did improve. Nothing is perfect, but things are much better than they were. It felt so nice to have somebody who was really trying to help me. She would often pull out medical books and do research while I was in her office. Maybe some people would find this concerning; but with how many things I've tried in the past, it was refreshing to have someone who was really earnest in trying to help me. I also have to give a shoutout to the medical assistant Raylene. Who was very attentive and caring when I wasn't always feeling the best.
Started medical treatment at Valley Family Payette in 2004, when I moved here. Started with Joanne Reiland, then to Dr Kenneth Carrell, then to Joann Buhr Cote now seeing Andy Silsby. Have always received excellent care and timely referrals for specialized care.
My mother was prescribed Bupropion, suboxone, ambien 60mg a day norco, 90 mg of codiene With barbiturates. I am absolutely shocked at this doctor. I truly believe she is dead because of my mom and my siblings do too.. I really believed in her and trusted Lisa. I wish I could give a no star review. They will eventually cut all of you off like they did to my mom not the other providers, but I’m sure Lisa will. She shouldn’t have her license anymore. I am bringing this to the top.
My partner sees a doctor here and I have to say this is possibly the worst place to go. Go to ANY doctors office around here and they will provide better service. My boyfriend needs his inhaler and consistently has had to call for days, MULTIPLE TIMES, just to try to get his breathing treatment. It’s ridiculous and all of the medical providers here should aim to do better. I’m so disgusted with them constantly treating other people’s medical issues like they mean nothing. They continue to tell him they need a 48 hour window to refill but somehow manage to make it a 5 day wait, which also makes it worse because nothing can be done on the weekends. You guys need better doctors and or office staff.
