I’ve been going to Terry Reilly urgent care and seeing Stephanie Meeks for counseling. What a tremendous difference Their facility has made in my life and many others. I’m recommending them to all my friends and family. If you need anything to help your health and well being swing by they just might know how to bandage your problems.
My husband Javier was there today and have a bad experience on this place. he have problems with his diabetes. He have a horrible headache and blurred vision. I call to his primary doctor and they don’t have any openings until end of this month on Terry Reily on first st, they told me he need to go to urgent care on 16th in Nampa. But they don’t want to do any exams because they say he need to see his primary doctor, after that they do the A1C they leave him on the room for one hour and they never return with the result . When he finally come out of the room and ask what is happening they told him they forgot he is there. He decided left the place because anyone want to help. I think Terry Reilly need to have people really matter the health of their patients. So please don’t go never to this place attention is horrible and the people there don’t matter the health of the patient
Came into this place for the first time because my health insurance ended and couldn't afford to go to urgent care. Came in for severe insomnia that was causing me to only get around 4 hours of sleep a night for multiple weeks. I was also having heart palpatations, something I've never had before, and I would experience them multiple times an hour, every day. Told them about my heart palpatations and they weren't concerned at all and didn't offer any tests for my heart to help put my worry at rest. Told them I was already taking 8mg ramelteon, 3 mg melatonin and 75 mg of antihistamines and the doctor's solution was to prescribe me more antihistamines... Then they wanted me to wait and talk to a psychotherapist but I didn't have time so I left after being there a long time and the psychotherapist called me on the phone and kept trying to talk to me for a long time lecturing me on how bad it is, not to get enough sleep. She kept asking me if I was going to be a threat to myself. Then they had the audacity to charge me for the phone call.
I came in today for a sinus infection, I was treated very poorly by staff. I walked in and was told to wait in my car and that someone would be outside to help shortly. Parking lot was empty and the waiting room had maybe one person waiting. 2 hours goes by and I finally receive a phone call for my “appointment” at 4pm. I arrived at the office at 2pm for an urgent care visit not an appointment. My Covid test swab was very rough and she made my sinuses bleed. I waited even longer in the room to be seen by the provider and I felt rushed, he quickly went through his list of questions and I didn’t feel heard. I brought up concerns and was brushed off and just like that in 3 minutes he diagnosed me with a sinus infection and left the room. I had tears rolling down my face the whole time I was in the doctors office and he didn’t seem to care and was cold. The women at the front desk didn’t seem busy and were laughing. I don’t understand why the wait was so long and why I was treated this way
This urgent care clinic has always taken care of my family and I for many years. The receptionist’s are always so nice and make sure you get taken care of. I am a 25 year old going to college and not working, so they made sure I was on the sliding fee scale to make sure I can afford any appointments. Shout out to the amazing medical assistants who get my health intake correctly and make sure what I need is communicated to the doctor. Another shout out to urgent care physician assistant Brian Bizik who is always knowledgeable, caring and makes sure my family and I are taken care of.
