I have been avoiding getting a primary care doctor for years because of how anxious dr offices make me. But I saw Dr Easterly and I can honestly say I had an amazing experience! She took time to listen to me, helped me come up with an at home routine, and was so friendly and kind. I would absolutely recommend her to anyone who wants to feel heard and not just like another number. She is awesome!

This is the worst hospital in the planet of the Earth. All they do is screw around with you you have to constantly be on top of them to find out results for anything I've done everything that they've asked me to but yet here I sit in pain but they act like oh it's okay just put a Band-Aid on it and that's not the answer and I'm not trying to see drugs I just want to get my back fixed so I'm not in pain anymore. They treat me like I'm indigent and I have great insurance. I guess it's time to find someone else cuz these guys really are a joke. And then about every 4 to 6 months they changed my doctors cuz they leave and go to another practice cuz they probably know it sucks working there. All I want is for a doctor to listen to me and hear me but they treat me like I'm a bum and it's ridiculous

There are good, caring people who work here. But it's also a complete mess with scheduling. I've had multiple instances where I've come in for an appointment only to be told there was a cancelation and no one had bothered to call me. And seeing as how I'd scheduled transport, I wound up just having to wait an hour till my ride showed up.
