I was told they would help with an idaho power bill I had a freind with me over a month they did not take care of them g r psst bill like they said they would I had car trouble so it was past due now they say the winter money will be there on the 25th idaho power said it will be to late ill be disconnected

Good idea for the community but the staff is just a bunch of people who say they want to help the community but actually don’t do anything and have poor communication. If you need something done go in person.
