Full Circle/Dr Justin Bailey has been my finest exereince with a family care physician. Nothing gets into the cracks and everything is taken care of quickly and efficiently. The staff and Dr Bailey respond to My Chart questions with lightening speed, compared to my other expereinces with medical offices. I am extremly satisfied with all of my expereinces here. (This review is inclusive of the Emerald St Clinic too). I also want to mention Margaret who works at the front desk, who is extremely professional and caring.

I highly rate Full Circle Health- Raymond Clinic. I love it because the location is perfect to where I live, and I've always been treated well and given really good care there. I'm especially glad for doctors like Dr. Rory Cole. Receptionists, staff, lab workers, everyone I've had contact with is consistently nice and kind. I recommended Full Circle Health to my daughter as well. I'm grateful to have this place for my medical needs.

My experience at full Circle is always 5 stars. The receptionist are always kind and efficient. The doctors assistant are always kind and efficient at gathering the information or running a test. The doctors are very nice and listen to me and treat me with respect. Today by the time I got to Savon Drug store the prescriptions were ready, and I was so glad so I could start taking them right after my appointment and start getting well asap.

I feel truly blessed to live in a community where I have access to this care clinic. My prior experiences with seeing a doctor have been so negative, i never felt heard or taken seriously. I had been hearing a lot about Full Circle at public events, and thought I would consider getting care another go. When I called, I was able to set up an appointment within just a couple of days. During my appointment, all of the care providers took the time to hear my concerns and ask me important follow up questions. I have never felt so seen and genuinely cared about at a health clinic before. Full circle works with your insurance, and they also offer sliding scale! I would recommend Full Circle over any other health clinic in boise. The staff here do truly care, and it shows in the way they treat the people that come to them for help. Thank you to everyone involved at Full Circle for making our community feel safer.
