From my check in at the front desk to the apt. everything was seamless. They are very professional and actually take the time for their patients!!! Dr. Anna Larson-Dola was wonderful she really took the time to go over all my prior medical history and conditions. She is what this island needs! She took the time to go over every concern and thoroughly discuss a plan of action. I hope she never leaves she's a true asset to this organization as well at the front staff. Absolutely wonderful start to finish! MAHALO!!! EDIT: I forgot to mention that I called yesterday 12/10/2025 at 4pm and got an appointment the next day. Many of the bad reviews i've read are from FULL BLOWN ADULTS that don't read their own insurance plans THEY CHOOSE!!! This is not the staff or practice's fault! I never understood why people are mad they have to pay when THEY CHOOSE THEIR OWN PLAN!!! ugh.

New edit: amending review from 3 to 1 star. Many phone calls and over a week and they can’t even send my ultrasound referral to the clinic. After speaking to the HRA, friends, and other clinics, please, avoid this clinic if can. Waited over an hour past appt time to be seen. I’m used to that, but what really got me is the doctors behavior. He had a med student with him, which is cool, I approved. But instead of speaking to me about what he was finding during my exam, he spoke to the assistant. So I had to find out some alarming news as a “bystander.” And even if it wasn’t alarming to him, it was something that could’ve been cancerous and I had been worried. Even after commenting on his behavior, he continued to speak to the assistant instead of me. I could tell the assistant was uncomfortable with this too. All said and done.. He sent me with a referral for an ultrasound which he never sent and I had to follow up and have the nurses send it. Just disappointed by the entire experience.

The nurse I was very nice and helpful. The thing I don't like about them is that they are bad at answering the phones. The doctor I saw was smart and knowledgeable, however when I had some forms that needed to be filled out for my work she said she couldn't because she didn't know my history. I have came for appointments in the past and there is a way to look it up in the system which is what Dr.Travers did for me when she didn't know. But this one said she couldn't and when I had my psychiatrist listed on my form she asked the psychologist to fill it out. Like my psychologist knows nothing about my physical health so how would you expect someone to fill out something they do not specialize in?

They request you come early so you can wait an hour or more for the doctor to see you. The first time it happened I thought they must be busy. However after numerous visits I have concluded they have poor time management and no regard for the patients time. Best regards, Still waiting....💀 edit: finally got seen by doctor. Doctor nice and knowledgeable.
