GOVERNMENT OF GUAM- DEPARTMENT OF ADMINISTRATION operates the following service delivery sites. All locations provide care regardless of ability to pay.
They didn't update their location. I spent $15 extra dollars because Stroll driver took me to old location in Hagatna. Had to turn around and go back to ITC bldg. Tamuning. Clerk very apologetic but they should have told me on the phone first time I called. Typical Guam.
Supervisor Betty didn’t do anything about the helper Frankie. He was not professional and spoke over my friend and continued to not help her and make her cry. What is wrong with Guam’s Government customer service?! She knew the problem and just wanted to know how to fix it but she got an aggressive worker instead who did not help at all
Frankie's customer service is very poor. Needs to remain professional when dealing with an issue on a w2. Also Ms Betty his supervisor , supposedly overheard the conversation. When we brought up the aggressive tone he had with my family member. Betty stated that she will make a note about it. Is that all that you can do? No disciplinary action. Or unable to hold him accountable? No wonder why no one has faith in our system anymore.
Tried calling all the numbers but it seems to not be working. I Guess this is one of those places where you have to waste time and gas to go there in person just to ask a simple question. There is no email address either on the website to even send an email.🤦🏽♀️
Their departments relocated to the different floors of the GITC building in Tamuning. Their old building in Hagatna was torn down due to building code concerns.
