I’m not going into detail , but this place is a whole JOKE!! The people that work there are so unprofessional and apparently they don’t know or understand how appointments work. My love one was treated like garbage and they will never go back. Also while I called to voice my opinion with the upmost respect I was ignored and put on mute and hung up on. I mean they truly are a disgrace there. 🙄 I wouldn’t trust them with my animal to say the least.

Back in 2021 after my daddy passed away, my mom started talking about killing herself and even talked about killing our neighbor. I went in for normal appointment and also tried to talk with Dr Salvat about these issues. Before I could even get through talking to him about my worries, he walked out of the room. 5 months later my mom put a pistol to her chest and killed herself. If Dr Salvat would have listened and cared about her, because she was also a patient of his, maybe this wouldn’t have happened.

The doctor i saw was nice and seemed really friendly! I was pleased with my visit upon finishing and leaving. However the purpose in my going was to have some test done so I could get the medication I already knew I needed. I told the doctor and nurses exactly what I had but rather than prescribe me the antibiotics that I need to cure the issue I am having he told me my results would be back on Thursday or Friday so I was left waiting for a phone call later that week. However I never received such a call from anyone in the office. It was like I was just forgotten about. So on Monday I called them and asked about my test results but was told the doctor would call me back. Which of course never happened so I called again the next day. This time I was told that the results had not yet come back and they would look into why. I gave it a couple more days then I called again. This time I was told that it appeared that the doctor never ordered any test to be done. So now here it is two weeks after the first visit and I have no results, no medicine, and as far as I know still no test being done on my blood or urine samples which I gave to them. Oh and I was told by the last woman I spoke to that the test I went to have done only takes one to two days to get the results. And yet I'm still waiting after two weeks just for my results. Not to mention I still have the original issue that is not being treated so no chance of curing it anytime soon. And it only takes a week or two of antibiotics to cure that issue. I feel like the doctors and staff there do not care about the people that come in to the office. They just run you thru as fast as they can and obviously completely forget about you as soon as you walk out the front door! Then when u call to ask about what's going on they just blow you off like u don't matter. Makes me wonder what if I was in jeopardy of dying from my issue. I guess I would just die without any of them even caring. Thanks to everyone there
