I was in the Homeless veteran program due to mental health problems. They treated all the veterans like we were addicts. They said mental health problem(s) are just like being addicted. They lied to us. None of us receive appropriate care from them. They played favorites when it came to the rules. They stole from us. Out of 4 months gift cards for food, we only got 2. The apartment flooded with sewage and we got no help moving our stuff. RCA staff acted like it was a bother to move us to another place. I was physically threaten by male staff for not signing a agreement that was full of lies. They kicked me out and lied to the VA liaison.

Worst of the worst rude front desk very unprofessional I’ve had them cancel two of my appointments day of like within minutes of my appointment Once I was in the parking lot they called and canceled and the second I was at the counter checking in This is sad like they don’t even open when the day the hours of operation are Stay away
