Absolute angels. Everyone is kind and helpful. Their sliding scale is life-saving, and their continuous accessible work for the whole community. Co
i’ve been here probably 4 times now after having to find a new doctor. everyone here is very nice. i had to get lab work done today and it was by far the best experience i've ever had with getting blood drawn
Dr.Wilkie is great, excellent bedside manner, answers all my questions and offers helpful solutions. Everyone on the medical team has been so kind and helpful. The front desk staff are absolutely phenomenal, they are quick and on task as well as warm and caring. They take the time to know the patients as well, and it’s very reassuring.
I have been coming here for years because it was the only place that would take my Georgia Medicaid the experience was never Pleasant all the way through mostly because the woman who answered the phone and greeted you at the front desk was possibly one of the rudest people I've ever had contact with. And the other reason is because every time I would get comfortable with a doctor they would disappear I've seen no less than seven providers in the last 3 or 4 years. They are always quitting or getting fired or being bought out and under new management. At this point I have accepted that's just what happens when you have Medicaid I guess, but today I called needing to be seen I'm a hair stylist and I'm worried I have carpal tunnel my wrist is locked up and they told me it would be 2 1/2 weeks before I could be seen. I don't know what is happening here but they've never made me wait that long to be seen before usually it's within the week at most if not the next day sometimes even the same day. I can't wait to or three weeks I will have to find somewhere else. I understand they are "booked out"that far but why now when its never been that way in 10 years? They've had the same doctor and NP for s while now. I'd like to say I won't be back but knowing that it will be hard to find anyone else that accepts my insurance quickly will probably mean I'll have to
The staff is friendly however, it takes a long time to get a call back. They do not write any mental health medications including antidepressants. They canceled a prescription at CVS for blood pressure medicine and gave no explanation why. Now I am waiting on a new prescription but am not holding my breath. Don’t waste your time at this office.
