The care is from the providers is great. The front staff is helpful if you ask anything but isn't very friendly to me when I walk in. Overall I ended up changing primary care. Stephanie in particular always seemed to be in a bad mood, every interaction with her just came off as rude. Patrice and Gabby are just angels.

I've had nothing but a great experience at CareConnect’s office in Richland. From the moment I walked in, the front office staff was warm, welcoming, and incredibly efficient. The office is clean, well-organized, and runs on time — which is rare these days. The medical staff is not only highly knowledgeable but also takes the time to really listen and explain things in a way that makes you feel comfortable and informed.
