My children’s pediatrician Vickie motley moved to this facility from her practice in Virginia . She did not give notice to her patients about leaving and it’s left all of her patients confused and without medical records . I had three children that visited abc pediatrics but all of the other pediatricians in the area refuse to see my kids because dr motley did not make proper arrangements to provide records. I have a 5 month old that is about be three months behind on shots because I don’t have access to medical records . The person or people that dr motley left in charge of records haven’t sent anything despite me making outreach attempts at least 10 different times .

My wife tried to make me an appointment. She was told to fax patient info which she did with confirmation. Four days later she does not have an appointment. She calls back and has to send the fax again!! She sends fax, gets appointment which is rescheduled. She called back because they have it 2 weeks out. Gets another appointment which I show up for but I'm not on book! They want my paperwork faxed AGAIN!!! I finally get the actual appointment 1 week later!
