A few years ago, I was without insurance and struggling, but Good Samaritan Clinic provided me with a mammogram, exams, and compassionate care I couldn’t afford elsewhere. The staff treated me with kindness and dignity, and I’ll never forget it. Their support inspired me to give back whenever I can. Thank you for making a real difference in people’s lives!
I got to know about this place from a friend, when I wanted to find a dentist who can work with no insurance for low prices. It's a great experience, rates are really cheap. They cover lots from their side, only downside is the initial process takes a bit of time. Doctors, nurses are welcoming and really helpful, support staff has been great to me and accommodating. Had I not found this place, I'd be neck deep in dental bills.
About 2 years ago it was an excellent clinic, with good doctors and prices. I was seen there in October 2023, I paid $200 on the day for blood tests and a pap smear... I thought it was expensive for being a Good Samaritan clinic, but in November I started receiving bills from WellStar sating that i have a debit $1400 dollars. I owe them for a visit I made to the Good Samaritan Clinic... my name is already in the collectors because I can not pay.
Good Samaritan is very clean and the staff are always helpful, they move their staff around to get them knowledgeable with all the different positions. In my 15 + years of going to the clinic I have had the very best doctors, I think better than private offices.
I have not attended this dentistry office personally, but I have tried to. I have called this office for hours to get someone the line to make an appointment. And somehow, they are picking the phone up, placing the call back on hold, and eventually disconnecting the call. There should be a better way to handle calls, if an employee does not want to make appointments, they should get an occupation in another department and or different place of business. I will move along to another dentistry, because this location is showing that they are not pleasant and or a place I would want to do business with.
